Both Nutrition and Reflexology are powerful therapies in their own right. However, through previous experience I believe that combining both therapies actually has a more enhanced effect on the individual. Combining a healthy diet with reflexology enables the body to rebalance.
What you eat has a direct effect on your health and well-being.
Many people either do not make the link or appreciate just how much better you can feel mentally and physically for rebalancing your diet. When combined with Reflexology, which is a physical and energy-based therapy, people can often respond more quickly than when pursuing either therapy in isolation.
In some cases reflexology acts as a catalyst in helping to heal certain conditions.
The first consultation With a combined treatment the first session lasts around 1 hour 45 minutes in total. The session is split into two parts.
Part one: The focus is on gathering information and enables me to build a picture of your medical history, lifestyle, diet and any symptoms or conditions you may be suffering with. This phase normally lasts around 1 hour 15 minutes. At the end, your objectives will be reviewed and a plan put together incorporating nutrition and reflexology to help address your issues.
Part two: You will then receive a 20-30 minute tailored Reflexology treatment. Appropriate aftercare advice will also be given in conjunction with nutritional advice already discussed.
Follow-up session: In a follow-up session progress and symptoms are reviewed and adjustments made where appropriate. You will then receive a 45 minute tailored Reflexology treatment. The session lasts around 1 hour 15 minutes in total.
It's not a requirement to have both therapies together but if it appears that a combined treatment would work better I may suggest this as an option.
Combining treatments is a cost effective way for you to benefit from both therapies.
